WEB DESIGN.

Before we get started discussing your website needs,

first we have to see if we're a good match:

1.  Are you an entrepreneur looking to launch your new business?

2.   Are you a local company looking to step-up your web presence?

3.   Are you an established, small business looking to re-brand your online platform?

If you answered YES to any of these, then you're in the right place!

I focus on the small business. The start-up. The solo flyers.

If you are a corporation or large entity, it's likely we won't be a great fit.

If you're unsure, just ask!

Below is a list of client types I typically service...

WE'RE A MATCH!

Now for a ton of info...

To get things going, contact me and establish a preferred method of communication (see below). In the initial email, please outline exactly what you are looking for so I can provide a timeline. Include any relevant information including but not limited to: site description, number of pages and their headings, and three websites you like that fit your aesthetic. Please include this in your message on my contact page.

1.

Once we establish a line of communication, we set up our first 'meeting'. Here I will provide a proposed brand guide of what I gather about your aesthetic from the websites you've sent me. Please feel free to provide your own, as well, if you have something very specific in mind. We will discuss in more detail about your website needs and then I'll get to work!

Note: After this first meeting, you would have three days to sign our contract and pay 1/5 of the total cost for a designer retainer fee.

2.

Once a first draft is done, I will send you a link to the dummy site. Then, we will 'meet' again and you will provide me with specific critique about the draft. I will take that information and get back to work. I will continue to make edits* until I provide you with something you are happy with!

*Limitations apply. Details in contract.

3.

Once the monitor-friendly website is complete, I will build the mobile site. This is another version of your site using the same pieces, but rearranged to fit on a smaller screen.

4.

After all approvals have been made, I'll set up the backend of the site. This includes SEO for Google, your favicon, social post outlines, keywords, and a lot of other technical stuff I won't bore you with. This is also the step where you pay for the hosting/domain! This can be done over the phone or in person.

5.

YOU LAUNCH IT!

Spread the word. Tell your friends. Post it to social...'cause you've got yourself a website!

6.

VIEW WORK.

"Sounds great, now show me your stuff!"

LET'S DO THIS.

timeframe

It takes about a month to get through a standard, multi-page site.  I typically only take on one site a month, so during that time-frame, your site would be my top priority. I will let you know how many projects are scheduled out to determine if the time frame will work with your schedule.

platform

I design and host with a website builder called WIX. This lets me completely customize your site, basically building it from the ground up. Whereas other builder sites like SquareSpace are a bit more template based and more difficult to uniquely customize, WIX is 100% customizable. And mobile friendly!

communication

I currently live in Missoula, Montana. If you are local, we can schedule to meet in person. If you are out of state, all communication would need to be done over email, the phone, FaceTime, etc. Whatever is easiest for you!
